Summer semiformal/cocktail. Please remember that the wedding and reception will be outdoors.

What is the timeline for the event?

4:35 pm - Buses begin loading for the venue

4:45 pm - Buses depart to the venue

6:00 pm - Ceremony begins

6:30 pm - Cocktail and photos

8:00 pm - Dinner - please plan meals accordingly

9:00 pm - Speeches, First dance, víbora de la mar

11:30 pm - Mid-event bus departs back to hotel. This is the only departure until 3 am.

12:00 am - Tacos al pastor

03:00 am - Event ends, buses return to hotel
